Cancelation Policies

*Late appointments will not be accommodated for lost time. Late appointments exceeding 10 minutes will be considered a no-show and canceled without a refund. You may book another session at the full session price by visiting Simplybook.

 

Appointment Booking Details

  • Booking System: All appointments must be scheduled using SimplyBook and will be held on ZOOM.

  • Managing Your Time: Dates and times are listed on your invoice and calendar invite. Keeping track of your scheduled time is your responsibility.

  • Confidentiality: All readings are strictly private and confidential.

  • Individual Bookings Only: Please do not book sessions on behalf of third parties (friends, family, or partners). To gift a session, please purchase a Gift Certificate.

Gift Certificates & Events Policies

  • Gift Certificates are non-refundable and have an expiration date. Lisa offers phone and Zoom readings which can be redeemed with a gift certificate. Gift Certificates cannot be used for the deposit of group readings but can be applied to the balance of group readings. Gift Certificates expire one year after purchase.
  • Events: All events in-person and digital events are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Heavenly Soul & Spirit.
