Not all psychics are mediums, but all mediums are psychics. Lisa is both a psychic and a medium.

As a medium, she acts as a vessel through which the spirit of loved ones who have passed, communicate to you.

As a psychic, she reads your energy and your aura to help provide some insight as to what’s happening in your life. The information provided can help you think about your life in different ways and help guide you. Lisa has no control over who or what comes into a reading. Lisa does NOT make predictions.

Lisa is unable to accommodate readings for people who are not fluent in English at this time.

Please set aside the appropriate amount of time for your reading.  Sit in a place where you will be relaxed, comfortable, alone, and peaceful. Please turn off all electronics to maintain a quiet environment.

It is important to know that to make this a positive and successful experience, both parties must be fully open and committed to accepting the spiritual journey

There is no guarantee that a specific person will come through in a reading. In fact, focusing on only one person to come through during a reading can be counterproductive to the process of the reading. Lisa recommends that you stay open minded and wait for the underlying messages. Spirit works from the direction of God — if a Spirit comes through, they have something to say, so listen!

Many times, loved ones who have passed on send messages of love and hope and sometimes help us see things through a different lens. This may then help with relationships and perhaps guide some of our decision making. A medium reading can also help with the grieving process. Often, a loved one who has passed on sends signs and signals that someone who does not have an open mind may miss.

Since the session is actually your loved one’s opportunity to communicate to you, the only words you need to say in a session is that you understand the information that your loved ones are telling you through the medium. The less you say, the more you will understand that your loved one did in fact communicate to you during the session. You may take handwritten notes.

You cannot record the reading either audio or visual. You may take handwritten notes of your reading.

As an animal communicator, Lisa can help to connect with your beloved pets that have crossed over. We communicate with them in the same manner as with a human spirit. They come here for a purpose and even though it may be for a short time, they come here to learn as we do. These pets will find us as much as we find them.

All sessions are conducted through Zoom or over the phone. Because it is an exchange of energy between Lisa, spirit, and the client, the client does not need to physically be in Lisa’s presence to have an accurate reading. Some sessions may be done in person – group, gallery, or special event reading.

Policies on Scheduling Appointments, Rescheduling, and Canceling Your Reading

APPOINTMENT BOOKING POLICIES

• Please use the convenience of Schedulocity to book your appointment.
• It is your responsibility to keep your scheduled appointment. Appointment date and time can be found on your invoice and/or calendar invite.
• Your reading is confidential.
• Please do not book an appointment for anyone else. This includes gifts for friends, partners, children, or family. If you wish to offer a session to a loved one, please consider a gift certificate.

PAYMENT, REFUND, ARRIVING LATE & CANCELLATION POLICY

• If you must make a cancellation, please do so 48 hours in advance of your appointment. At this time, we can also reschedule your appointment.
• If you cancel 48 hours in advance of scheduled appointment, a full refund will be made.
• If you cancel between 24-48 hours of your scheduled appointment, half the payment will be refunded, less credit card or bank processing fees. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to reading, no refund will be processed.
• For all rescheduled appointments, we will work with your schedule or provide a gift certificate in the amount of your paid appointment. This gift certificate will be good for one year from the date of your originally scheduled appointment.
• Late appointments will not be accommodated for lost time. Late appointments exceeding 10 minutes will be considered a no-show and canceled without a refund. You may book another session at the full session price by visiting www.schedulicity.com
• By booking an appointment, you agree to all our policies.

APPOINTMENT DETAILS
Virtual readings are done via Zoom. Call-in information for phone readings and a link for video readings will be sent with a calendar invite once payment has been received.

GIFT CERTIFICATES, EVENTS POLICIES

• Gift Certificates are non-refundable and have an expiration date. Lisa offers phone and Zoom readings which can be redeemed with a gift certificate. Gift Certificates cannot be used for the deposit of group readings but can be applied to the balance of group readings. Gift Certificates expire one year after purchase.
• Events: All events in-person and digital events are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Heavenly Soul & Spirit.
